Critical failue because connection to** was lost

Hi
Have created a switch flow that is has a Pitstop Preflight I have created that is only looking for non-embedded fonts within a pdf. Some of the pdfs that I am preflighting have over a 1000 pages and are taking quite a while to process and sometimes the process fails within Pitstop Server with this error:
''Critical Failure Job _04DUX_*****_Duplex_MMD DSA C5_2-3 day DSA_c5 dsa.pdf has been cancelled because the connection with CLI 22464 was lost:''

Any help appreciated

My immediate question: which PitStop Server version are you using? We have brought several improvements when processing such files over the past versions (since PitStop 2023u1 an onwards).

If you have an older version, please give the latest version a try and see if situation improves.

If you are using the most up to date version, please report to us so that we can better analyse why it takes so long and hopefully think of more improvements.

I am using the latest version - Server 24.11 - I have opened a support case and am waiting for a response.

Like I said, it's always good that we know so we can either suggest different approach or improve our own methods.

How long does it take to process? Is it possible that Switch is aborting the process because it is taking too long?
Consider increasing the default value.
