yes, we have also license issues, Griffin Auto/Switch App. Since 09.04. ~ 10:00 CEST
Enfocus support is investigating.

Tried ringing the enfocus phone number on support. Apparrently they dont take calls unless you're under a maintenance contract.

We're you able to get an update?

Ping will not response. You can try a "tracert" to check any firewall-blocks.
tilialabs-URLs can be opened in browser, except with engine and engine2 a user login appears.
We also checked and rebootet firewall.

I asking myself, why a daily license validation is necessary. There is a yearly paid abonnement with a key...

I guess things happening. Whats more concerning is not being able to contact support and get an update on what the issue is. Especially when these tools are so critical within automated workflows.
