How to create an Action List to swap two text blocks in a label PDF?

Hi everyone,
I have a label PDF file (used for product packaging) that contains two blocks of size information: one for WMNS and one for MENS. The layout looks like this:
https://upanh.org/image/Screenshot-2.jqMp8L
I need to swap the two blocks, so the MENS block appears at the top and WMNS block moves below it, while keeping all other elements in place.
I'm using PitStop Pro, and I tried to edit manually, but the font is locked/embedded, so it's not easy to edit the content directly.
My idea: Use Action List to automatically select the text blocks and move them (e.g., move top block down and bottom block up).
Has anyone done something similar? Can you guide me how to:
1 Use Action List to select specific blocks of text based on position
2 Move them to swap positions
3 Apply this to a large batch of PDFs with the same layout
Any help or examples would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
