Enfocus Community

I always have the setting Fail Jobs with unavailable fonts on, but this seems to fail everything, even though the fonts are fine in the powerpoint file.
if I do the reverse and not fail the file due to fonts it will create a PDF correctly with all fonts embeded.

Any recommendations
