Language of Customer Side portal

Using our Review system, we will be sending links to customers from different countries. Is there a way to choose which language of the portal before sending the link?
For example, I have metadata in Switch that tells PitStop which language to generate the PitStop preflight file in; the front-end portal would need to match this without the customer choosing it. Is this possible?
