Die-cut lines connecting separate lines

When we get pdf files with die-cut lines, some of them have crease lines that are interrupted, they are not closed. There is a space between lines, like a dotted line. Is there a way in PSP to close these lines? I have an action that converts dotted lines to full lines, but this works not with two separate line elements.

Have you tried the "Close gaps in contour" Action?
