We are making the jump over to the Cloud Review from the old PDF review module but am struggling to come up with a solution for the way it works with the due date system. We can set a due date which is grabbed from our MIS but a lot of our jobs start off with a very short due date of maybe a couple of days but then later on that date is pushed out. The problem I have is that once the due date is set, if the proofs haven't been approved by that date due to a delay with the customer and the date has been pushed to a later date the job timesout and I then collect the new due date but it won't let me re-upload the files to the review system and just timesout immediately. Has anyone else come had a similar issue and found a working solution.
