Need help generating bleed around outer + inner cutouts (PitStop Pro 25.11)

Hi all,
I’m trying to generate 4 mm bleed around a complex shape that has:
One compound Thru-cut path (outer contour + multiple inner holes)
Mixed vector + raster artwork touching the edges
Artwork that needs bleed on both the outside AND all internal cutouts
My file structure:
All cut paths combined into one compound path (spot: Thru-cut)
Paths are closed
Ungrouped, no clipping masks
PDF attached for reference.
What I’ve tried in Action Lists:
Fix Bleed Along Contour
Mirror / Stretch bleed methods
Offset path + duplicate/extend workflows
Setting BleedBox afterwards
In every case PitStop does nothing.
Questions:
Can PitStop Pro generate contour bleed on outer + inner subpaths of a single compound path?
If so, what Action List steps or contour settings make it work?
Does this only work with mirror bleed, or is stretch/extend possible?
Any recommended file structure for reliable results?
Thanks for any advice — trying to determine if PitStop can do this or if I need to move bleed generation to another tool.
