JDF Pickup - red cog

Hi Everyone,

In my flow, where the JDF pickup is meant to happen (JDF + PDF), I'm either receiving the below error message along with the dreaded red cog.



OR I have also received the below error message. E.g.

Job '_14LXK_76_03514292_Jeremy.pdf' was moved from folder 'C:/Users/PJ/AppData/Roaming/Enfocus/Switch Server/backing/(LIVE) AV- File Clean v42/automanaged/PDF' to the problem jobs folder. Reason: No outgoing connection accepts this job

Has anyone had this before? Seems to have occurred when we had a larger influx of jobs.

Looks like there is a conflict in Datasets. The name of the Dataset you want to create for the job seems to have the same name as an already existing dataset in the incoming PDF.

Try to change the Dataset name in the JDF-pickup tool to something else
