Transfer Switch to Windows 11

Hello,
We need to transfer our Switch and its apps to a new Win11 VM.
Has anyone done this before?
Regarding licences, is it enough to deactivate them on Win10 and activate them on Win11 so that all Switch applications are automatically reinstalled and the re-imported feeds find these apps?
