Hello,

looking for advice on the best way to automate changing a US letter size (216x279mm) to A4 (210x297) without resizing the content of the PDF.

I have written an Action list which works, but it resizes the content

Additionally I would need the text to remain centred on the page, but the address box has to remain the same distance from the head and the left for it to fit in an envelope window (shown in the red box)

Hey

Quick tip: Look at Default Global Changes:

You can there ask not scale page content (i.e. select "Anchor page content…"

Later you can save it later as an Action List:
