Rename Filename

Is there a way to rename a file after it has been merged together.

example
2 files - will always be 2 random named files

cover File. Always 4pp
Text File. Always more than 4pp

Then combined

So after it has been merged will want it renamed after the file that has more than 4pp
have tried private data but get different results

You can do it by applying a private data tag on only the file with more then 4 pages like this:

Hi Thanks for the info.

Cant get this to work, if I put 1 file through the flow it will rename it with the correct name.

If I put both through at the same time, it will not change the name at all.

Maybe my Assenble and rename file are incorrect.

Not sure if this matters, but the files before they are combined are renamed 1 and 2 so they are in the correct order

You probably got something wrong, here is a working flow.

Thanks for your help. Much appreciated tweeked a few things in our flow. All good now
