Ping will not response. You can try a "tracert" to check any firewall-blocks.
tilialabs-URLs can be opened in browser, except with engine and engine2 a user login appears.
We also checked and rebootet firewall.

There is no response since yesterday 18:30 Cest. We are still waiting for a solution…

We lost also one day of production. Unfortunately this is not the first issue.

yes, we have also license issues, Griffin Auto/Switch App. Since 09.04. ~ 10:00 CEST
Enfocus support is investigating.
