hi, i was wondering if there was a way to create bookmarks from a text file using PitStop Pro? i use JPdfBookmarks to edit and create pdf bookmarks and was wondering if (and if not why) PitStop was able to do this. btw, JPdfBookmarks is a small application that creates bookmarks written on a text file in the following format:
Cover Page/1,FitPage
Half-Title Page/3,FitPage
Title Page/5,FitPage
Copyright Page/6,FitPage
Dedication/7,FitPage
Table of Contents/9,FitPage
Contributors/11,FitPage
Preface/13,FitPage
Acknowledgments/15,FitPage
Introduction/17,FitPage
