Rename files based on property of another file

A job which consists of one text file and several cover files enters a flow. Is it possible to rename the cover files based on the number of pages in the text file? The renaming will then be used to direct the cover to other folders. Also, there will sometimes be more than one text file but I only need the page count of one of them because they will all be the same.
