Switch Task Hangups

Hi all -

I've searched this topic and found a few threads but nothing really helped. I've noticed over the last 6 months or so we will have elements that have task that never completes. These are almost exclusively "Monitor" tasks. A lot of times it will just be a random folder, or even 'Problem Jobs" element. These folder never have any files in there either. They will never end, and ultimately prevent Switch from processing and I need to reboot.

It's becoming a huge issue where I have to reboot or do something manual more than once a day. I see this occurring on both our Fall 2022, and Fall 2023 versions which run different flows and apps.

Any ideas what causes these hangups?

Pretty sure I’ve seen the same happen on some of our Switch instances (running Switch 2022 as well) but I’ve not been able to fully dig into it as of yet.

Next time I see it happen on one of our servers I’ll have a look and see if I can find anything that might help.
