Resize Spine for a PDF

I want to create an action, let's say I have a PDF file. I will upload the file with it. So that will facilitate you to understand. My PDF file has cut marks all around with a 3mm bleed and 4 more marks, 2 each on the page and spine, for the spine. Let's assume my current spine is 6 mm and I want to print a book and cover with this PDF file. My book has a finish size of 210 mm and a bond open size of 297 mm with a spine of 426 mm. I want to change the spine area of the file using pitstop action. Now I want my spine to be 10mm, when my spine is 10mm, and the PDF and open size and change. Then the open file will be 430 mm and 297 mm. Hope I have made my whole point clear to you. I have given you another youtube video link. Someone made such an action.
