Could someone clear my doubts, I'm trying to make a hotfolder using the pitstop server, I created an entry with the name "input" and another with "output" I made all the settings according to the videos that the searches, I did all the email configuration as well and everything went well with the email test, but when I put it in the PDF in the input folder nothing happens, it doesn't activate the preflight that I generated which is a 3mm bleed.

It looks like your hot folder is disabled. When enabled it should show a white V. Right click the hot folder and enable it.

It worked, thank you very much, that was the detail, everything is working fine, just one question, when I create a folder many sub-folders appear, is there an option where only the folders that I created appear, which are input, output and error

Some folders are mandatory. These are configured at your setup, see screenshot in your first post.

When configuring a HotFolder it'll show the mandatory 'errors' in the lower left corner, see screenshot.
