Why is acrobat with pitstop pro unstable

Why is the latest acrobad versions together with the latest pitstop version so unstable. Evrytime if the image im working on is een bit complicated acrobad crashes ore freeses up. Ore when i want to save the file it crashes. sometime 5 times a day.
