problem with importing a file and trimbox

I Made a file for dubble sided printing in pitstop. The pages have a media box(520x2200mm), trimbox (500x2000mm) and bleedbox (510x2100mm) When i import them into Griffin he cuts them ad the trimbox. How can i change that griffin imports the pages with bleedbox and mediabox?
Bc its dubble sided printing the back page has extra bleed but that gone now.

What value do you have for bleed in your Griffin preferences?

I hav the standaard 3 mm. But is ee whats happening. griffin looks when importing for the trimbox ore tru-cut line. I he finds that he will cut the page on that. But i like to have a option to loof for the mediabox. Bc we proces the files in pitstop and there is a tekst and bleed alraidy there. Now he cuts off the bleed and the tekst..
When i delete the trimbox/tru-cut lines it works. Griffin wil then import the file on the mediabox
