Actually Version 3. Thinking about updates, but in a live production system it has to be handled carefully. Whats your version?

I wasn't sure how the switch app would affect my workflows. I didn't want to wipe out my settings by upgrading without any advice first.

To give you some reassurance.

I just did the upgrade now. I upgraded Griffin auto first. Then you have to select v4 for Griffin in your enfocus account. Switch will then refresh all your flows.

You then need to select license key under the license type.

The Griffin/Phoenix license server was upgraded to comply to the security standards we require.

Over the past months we’ve done all what was necessary to inform our partners, and for them to inform all affected customers. Affected customers still using a perpetual version of their application received a free upgrade to a higher version (not the latest version) that will work once the licensing servers are updated.

Following users were/are affected and received a free upgrade:
Phoenix 7.0.tp26 or earlier, received v8.1.3
Griffin 2.2.3 or earlier, received v24.03
Griffin Auto 2.2.3, received v24.03

update from Griffin Auto 2.2 to 24.03 and Switch App to V4 is done, Griffin works fine.
Is it now possible to update Griffin Auto to V25.03 without interruption?

Hi Robert.

If you have an active subscription, you can do this. If you have changed your license as part of a free upgrade, no.
