Reject file if spot color on on page 2

Hello,
Got a workflow I am working on. I have a Pitstop Server workflow that will take everything on page two and change it to a specific CMYK color break down that is equivalent to a CMYK alternative for PMS 072 Blue. I would like to add a check that if the file does not have 072 Blue on the second page it gets rejected and does not go through.

I think I want to do this in a Preflight, but cant seem to find the right checks to allow a only a specific spot color to pass.

Could someone point me in the right direction on this?

Try this

Select pages - Range - 2
Select objects if page is selected
Select Spot Color - Pantone 072 Blue
AND
Log Selection - No objects are selected

Add to preflight into EXTRA/Checks
