ECONNREFUSED error Switch2Switch

Has anyone had experience in having an ECONNREFUSED error. After installing Enfocus's Switch2Switch app, follow set up instruction to test, and not long after server restart found that Ungroup, Pickup XML, rename and other enfocus default apps began erroring with this message. It has shutdown 3/4 of our flows. Any Ideas?

Resolved my self by restoring from Dataroot back up and individual flows. After swapping OS C drive with few days old clone and our dataroot normally installed on a different drive. problem persisted. Then installing a fresh dataroot, problem gone. The problem was fully embedded in the dataroot. A few hours of our own testing with 3-4 hours to reinstall, 3 days of wasted time with Enfocus support that went no where.
