Hello experts,
I am experimenting with the web portal, the filters in the web portal and adding job phases within folders in a flow. I am using version 25.11 and want to switch from ‘Flow stage (obsolete)’ to the new ‘Add job phase’. In German, the new option is called ‘Job-Stadium hinzufügen’ and is translated as Job phase. I can't say for sure how it is in English.
My goal:
A job is placed in a folder that contains ‘Add job phase’ ‘Test-Test’.
The web portal should have a job board that displays exactly these files in a column.
My approach:
Set up the folder correctly with Test-Test in the ‘Add job phase’ field.
Created a new job board in the web portal.
Switched to ‘Advanced mode’.
Created a new filter with the rule ‘Phase --> contains --> Test-Test’.
Activated this new filter in a column.
However, no jobs are displayed.
No matter what I set in the filter, whether ‘And’ or ‘Or’, ‘contains’, “is” or ‘begins with’, no jobs are ever displayed.
Only when I set the filter to ‘Flow’ --> ‘contains’ --> Flowname are the jobs displayed.
What am I doing wrong?
Are the ‘Add job phase’ functions not working?
Or are the filters in the web portal not working?
One more question: are the job phases always added, or can each job only ever have one phase?
Have you ever managed to do something like this?
Thanks for any ideas!
Best regards

Display jobs on the web portal with a specific job phase
Re: Display jobs on the web portal with a specific job phase
Hello,
I have opened a ticket with Enfocus regarding this issue.
According to their response, the folder settings in the “Add job phase” area are not suitable for use in a filter on the web portal. This is only used for the “Statistics” area and in the Switch Client. Support says that it can only be done using the “Refresh Job Info” module. You can enter text in the “Flow stage” setting there. This “Flow stage” can be used to create a filter in the web portal. This can be displayed in a board. This makes the jobs that have passed through this element visible on the job board.
Best regards,

Re: Display jobs on the web portal with a specific job phase
Thanks for the update. That explains it clearly — Add job phase from folder settings can’t be used as a web portal filter. Using Refresh Job Info and setting the Flow stage there is the correct workaround, and that value can then be filtered and shown on a job board.pixelzooo wrote: ↑Fri Jan 23, 2026 4:48 pm Hello experts,
