PitStop has an action called Remap Color where you can remap one channel to another.

It’s actually pretty straightforward once you’re in the Action List editor. Just search for 'Remap Color' in the actions library. You can then specify the source color (like a specific spot color or CMYK channel) and what you want it to become. It’s a lifesaver for quickly swapping out colors across a whole document without doing it manually!
