Hi all@Forum,
One question : does anyone ever experienced a Script/Tool to produce a Microsoft Powerpoint from a PDF file (.pdf to .ppt) ?
Don't ask us why, this a request we had
and I might to be so easy...
Thanks for replies.

Hi,
No solutions that I have tested myself but here is a command line tool (paid for). Maybe there is a demo you can download :\
http://www.lotapps.com/pdf-to-powerpoin ... -line.html
There is also PDF2Office from Recosoft but it's a standalone app without (as it seems) nor command line ability nor hotfolder feature.
Maybe you can get in touch with the editor and see if there is any plan. Note that it also installs a plugin that will let one opens a pdf file right away from inside the office app. So maybe it extends the scriptability of those apps and some either visualbasic or applescript can drive it.
Once again to be discussed with the editor.
HTH somehow,
Loic

The callas pdfTooolbox (Server) can do this for you.
If you want to post a sample file I´ll process it and return the PDF.

It seems here that the demand is to convert PDF to PPT, not PPT to PDF. So unless I am wrong I don't think Callas would do this

Ah - sorry!
Export proper images of the PDF and embed them into PPT via scripting. Should be possible.
