Switch Client custom filter based on metadata

Hi,

I saw SWC 13 can allow custom filter and specifically metadata. But it seems the only value that can be used is yes/no and you can't even say what metadata you are up to.

Is there any chance you can sort jobs in SWC based on job's metadata ?

TIA

Loic

If i remember correct can't custom filter use metadata. If the metadata is in the "preview-window" then you can search for it.

That's right indeed and unfortunately 2017 webportal won't allow it neither for now :\

Hi,

I am currently developing a job overview with the current web portal. That is why I would like to ask about this topic again. I would like to display a specific value from the metadata in the job overview. In my tests, only a yes/no is displayed when I show the “Metadata” column.

So my question is: is it possible in version 25.7 to display specific metadata in the job overview of the web portal? Where can I select which field is displayed?

Thanks for any ideas.

Best regards,
Rupfi

Have you tried this app, it can help you with MEtadata that you will show in a check point or job boards.

And then you have this:

Hi jan_suhr,

OMG, thank you jan_suhr!
It's exactly what I was looking for and it works right away.
A thousand thanks for this tip.
With this module name (Refresh job info), I would never have guessed that this module also offers this function as a second option.

Thank you for this forum!
