Enfocus Community

I downloaded a trial of the Excel to XML app from the Enfocus App Store, but even though I'm just playing around with a simple Excel file like this
I get the following error when running this simple flow: Error in line 129 of script: Trying to access undefined member '0'
with these settings
Any ideas why this doesn't work?
I'm running Mac OS X 10.10.5 on the computer.

I have the app running on a PC if you want to attach the file to test.

We will move the Switchserver from Mac to PC shortly to see if that resolves the issues we have with Switch failing to copy files to our Windows-servers every now and then. I downloaded the csv2xml app and it works like a treat, but it would be nice to figure out why the Excel to XML doesn't work.

Have you turned on debugging in the messages? and can you send me the results you get then.

Something has gone wrong in the first step of the conversion and it can't read the temporary file that it use to build the XML.

Email me the results you get,please.

I just created that simple trial flow and didn't get further that that. Didn't know what to do when I got that error.

I will try to find the debugging and send the info to you.

The problem was a corrupt Excel-file that couldn't be converted to XML.

A new version of the app is submitted to Enfocus. This new version will send the job to the Problems job folder.

The new version would hopefully be available in a few days on the App store.
