I want to great extra bleed around a cutcontour. but can not get it to work with the action that available in pitstop. maybe there is something wrong with the PDF file, but can not find it.

You may want to "define" what path is actually your contour. Once you first select path (by color), adding bleed around contour is fine:

You need to add the name of your contour colour to the action:


Then it works (you just need to extend the media box at the bottom as well):
