Re: pitstop report from pitstopserver 8 and 12 is different

Ok, the best thing to do is contact our support team so they can take a look and advise you.

Please email them at support@enfocus.com. If you can supply the preflight profile and some PDF files that show the issue that would be perfect.

Can you also cc me please on the email, andrewb@enfocus.com

Re: Check for vector images

HI Jeroen Give this one a try, it worked on the file you supplied but you might want to play with the values in it. This Action List checks for pages in a PDF that have more than 1,000 paths and are therefore likely to be complex to rip and output. https://esko.box.com/s/ef3s6vqfmj3va89y1q6kr9ulyiw7...

Re: Check zones imbrication

HI Loic

I think you need the Page Box Layout check in the Preflight profile for this.

It will check the page boxes and also you can specify distances between them, if this doesn't do want you want please let me know.

Re: pitstop report from pitstopserver 8 and 12 is different

Which preflight profile are you using, is it a standard one or one of your own construction?
If the former then I suspect that the preflight profile has been improved and you are now using a newer version.
If you don't need the check for number of separations then I would simply remove it.

Re: SW Lifecycle of Pitstop Pro

We still offer support on older versions, there is no stop.
However we only bug fix the current version (13), so for some issues like operating system support the response may be to upgrade to solve an issue.

Re: Downgrade PitStop Pro 13 to 12

Yes you can License PitStop 12 with a perpetual PitStop 13 key.
A Subscription key however will not work.

Re: Check for light type on dark background

it's possible to do 1 and 2 individually and in combination, but it's not possible to do 3 (at least not at the moment)

The ink coverage works on a page basis or on an individual object basis, you can refine it to the extent you need.

Re: pitstop pro 7 on acrobat pro XI

It's unlikely as the user interface changed dramatically in Acrobat XI. I guess you should really move to the new Acrobat. Acrobat DC?

That PitStop 7 is nearly ten years old so that's given you some good service, maybe time to upgrade to version 13?
