I did it that way first but every time a file goes through it would then go to the problem jobs folder and I'd receive an email.

Is there a script I can use in the Acrobat module to delete pages from the Preflight report. I'm trying to delete from page 3 to end. Any help is appreciated. Also is a place to get sample scripts to use in Switch Scripter

I found out what I was doing wrong. Putting the variable in the wrong spot on the form. Stupid me

I've done all those ways but for some reason it still doesn't pick up the email. I was hoping maybe I was missing something in the settings. Thanks for all your help. I'll look back through and see if I missed something wouldn't surprise me if I did.

I tried that and it didn't work.

Is there a way so that when a user logs onto Submit Point that username can look up their email address to send information back to so they don't have to pick their email from a list? I'm sure this is a basic question but I can't seem to get it to work.

I have a pdf that is 3500 pages but after I print I need the pages sorted into different files. example is all WVA together, all battlefield together, all national parks together. The 3500 was created from a merged mail file. The original database has 15 different tabs which the pdf will then be put...

The profile file is to large to attach. I'll try to send through support. I didn't think platform made a difference either but it is the only thing we could figure to be the problem after testing on a couple of Macs and PC's.

When we run a file through pitstop with a preflight profile with actions built into the Preflight profile it works correctly on a Mac but not a PC. Has anybody else seen this?

Is there a way for switch to give me all the colors in a document. I know that [stats.colorants] does to a certain extent but I need colors even if they are device CMYK. Any ideas would be great.
