Re: Clearing boards
I'm currently at 2018 u3, but I'm planning to upgrade to 2019 Spring Edition soon, so I may contact support if the problem persists after upgrading.

Re: Crop to trim bounding box for PDF proofs
It's quite easy to do.
Just change all page boxes to trim box and you're done.
To add the bleed again, simply increase all page boxes except for the trim box 10 mm in all directions.

Re: PitStop 2019 wierd behaviour
Problem solved!!! If you use Define new rectangle to change a page box it seems like PitStop will always use the original dimensions regardless of any changes you may have made to the page box, so in order to change the size of the page box to the desired values I instead use the Resize option, whic...

Clearing boards
I have created a board, but there are files present on the board that aren't in the flow.
Any ideas on how to clear a board of unwanted files?

Thanks Andrew.
The Visualizer is a great tool to figure out where something goes wrong with an action list.
Understanding why it goes wrong is a different matter...

PitStop 2019 wierd behaviour
Can anyone explain why the media box reverts to it's old values after I first set it to the trim box and then set a new media box based on numerical values? I need to split a large format poster into four pieces (2x2) and then add 20 mm of overlap in various places on the split pdf's. Since the trim...

Switch 2019 Spring Edition
Has anyone updated to the Spring edition of Switch yet? Any issues? I'd like to go to Switch 2019, but with 80+ flows running on the production server I thought I'd ask before I jump in head first... In the past I've had issues with the PitStop Server configurators not finding their action lis...

Re: switch client doesn't found switch Server
Besides being ugly as heck and with no easy way to customize the look of the ui, the web interface will not go to the first option that matches the key you pressed if you press a key on the keyboard, like the client does. I.e say you have a prepress operator field with ten people in a drop down menu...

Re: page copy
This one works for me most of the time. Occasionally the content will shift a couple of millimeters for some reason, but most of the time it does it's job.

Re: Submit point Pitstop Action
I'm talking about the hold you can put on a connection in order to set up your condition with variable, not a Hold job. If you put a hold on a connection, wait until the file reach that point in the flow and then stop the flow you have a sample job in the flow that you can use for setting up conditi...

Re: Submit point Pitstop Action
All information entered in the Submit point is accessible as Metadata in Switch. If you put a hold in the flow and then submit a file and waits until it reaches the hold, you can then stop the flow and use Define condition with variables and the go to Metadata - Text - Build location path and select...

Re: Inject Job (Job repository)
Still doesn't work Jan... Now I get the path as \\192.168.1.11\whatever\wherever, but I still get the same error... Update: It turns out that the flow works correctly if the dumbass who build it enters the correct ip-address for the server...   The correct ip-address in this case is ...
